    SMC AC20C-02G-SV-A is an air combination product that combines an air filter, mist separator, regulator, pressure switch, and residual pressure exhaust valve.

    This product performs the functions of purifying the air in the pneumatic circuit, regulating the pressure, and discharging the residual pressure.

    Air Filter (AF20): Removes dust, oil mist, and water from the air. The filter element can remove more than 99% of 5 μm particles.

    Boldrains can be drained manually. In addition, there is a replacement indicator that lets you know when the media needs to be replaced.

    Mist Separator (AFM20): It is responsible for removing the fine oil mist that has not been removed from the air filter.
    Regulator (AR20): Responsible for regulating the air pressure to the desired level. The pressure regulating valve is a diaphragm type, which allows for precise and stable pressure regulation. The pressure gauge makes it easy to check the pressure. In addition, the output pressure of the regulator is detected by a pressure switch, and an alarm signal is output when the set pressure range is exceeded.
    Pressure Switch (IS10M): Detects the output pressure of the regulator and outputs an alarm signal when the set pressure range is exceeded. The pressure switch has an NPN open collector output and is indicated by LEDs. The set pressure of the pressure switch can be adjusted by the rotary dial.
    Residual Pressure Exhaust Valve (VHS20): It is responsible for discharging the residual pressure in the pneumatic circuit. Residual pressure exhaust valve is a solenoid valve that discharges residual pressure when the power is applied and maintains the residual pressure when the power is cut off. The residual pressure exhaust valve is indicated by LEDs and can be connected via an M12 4-pin connector.

    The filter element can remove more than 99.9% of 0.3 μm particles. Boldrains can be drained manually. In addition, there is a replacement indicator that lets you know when the media needs to be replaced.
